Warranty

All products purchased from Bitatek and Authorized Distributors are protected by Bitatek’s 13 months warranty from the date of purchase. Bitatek’s 13 Months Warranty Policy does not cover products or components subject to human abuse, improper usage, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.

 

In case of the defects found from new product (i.e. DOA), the product is eligible for replacement within 7 working days after received of goods. Any defects found after 7 working days after received of goods, the defective unit will be repaired according to an assessment by Bitatek.

 

For merchandise sent for repair or replacement in or out of warranty, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our sales representatives. Do not return the defective product until you have received an RMA number.
